StlBoater's video shows David Belle, a French actor.  He and Cyril Rafaelli (in the last Die Hard movie) star in District B13.   French action flick redone in english for dvds if you like this stuff.  Got language, surreal plot,  but lot'sa action-pounding cool stuff like this!
