This is the Tues FITW discussion thread. Please post any questions below.

Remember the actual Trip Details are located on the Tues FITW | Trip Page

I've got two first timers coming up (unless they flake), so no more FT's unless you call me first.  Otherwise come on up for some laps.

Jeff

On the wood situation:

I was up there on Sunday, and the first fall looks great to me but people aren't running it?  Not sure why but I was with a first timer and didn't run it either.  There was mention of wood below the surface?  Wouldn't be a problem anyway if you boof and the wood in the cave doesn't look like it will make it much worse.  Its never fun to go in there anyway.

There was also mention of wood in Rootball, but its not in play (just the overhead log, no more rootball) so rootball is cleaner than when I've run it.  It's still an intimidating drop though because of little Frankies.

I still can't really get the levels figured out.  Saturday evening only the highest small point on the gauge rock  was exposed (it was raining a lot) then on Sunday both peaks were out and it was a great level!  The gauge makes it look like it was higher on Sunday (very wrong...) but is probably due to the high elevation rain?

The gauge now says its going to be higher today than it was on Saturday even???
Weird.
H2O please
