Ummmm,  Not to think beyond the Greatest event of the year.
 DAS PROFESSOR PADDLE BALL.
However,
Who would be up for 14 hours of driving for a few runs on the Lochsa over Saturday and Sunday? Leaving after work on Friday May 30th?  Camping is hooked up with hot tub and pool. Late night rally home when we are beat on Sunday
Come on, you know you wanna.  Just DON"T swim.

Sure?

THe Driving does not sound all that great but ... I do say that this is a run I have wanted to check out. Is this the one with Hot Springs on the river?

Your thinking of the SF Payette.

Lochsa is HUGE waves and holes at high flows.  Hell they are huge at 5k. I can only imagine what they are like at 15k +.
In all honesty I may put this one off a week or so, let it come down a little.  After a conversation with someone who lives on the Lochsa, I was informed it is fun at this level, but really way to high to be a destination.
