Just wanted to let you know about the Paddle Sports Evening on February 26th as part of the Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival. Here is the updated program http://www.vimff.org

Bryan Smith will be there at the evening, plus a lot of paddling films:

- Light in Liquid (a soulful, creative and independent project, featuring adventures on rivers and creeks in Colorado, Idaho, and Mexico);
- 49 Megawatts (a close look at the future of British Columbia’s rivers after the issuing of hundreds of private water licenses for power production);
- Pacific Horizons (unforgettable journey along the Pacific Coast, blending wildlife, people, places with action-packed kayaking);
- The End of Time (artsy white-water film, flawlessly forging free-from editing to a myriad of acoustical syncopation and merging lucid whitewater visuals with ambient inspirations);
- Yellow Boat White River (Logan Grayling, a young kayaker from Canmore, Alberta, paddling down one of the world’s highest vertical drop waterfalls);
- Eagle River – Liquid Jewel of the Sunshine Coast (exotic wonders of Sunshine Coast’s Eagle River on a four season journey from alpine to ocean).... and more.

Pacific Cinémathèque,
