I don't want to post Mike Olsens address or directions to his house in here,
If you need them, shoot either Fish or  Iam PM and we will get them to you.

I drove by EF, CC, and Cedar.  Cedar looks good, EF looks ok, CC looks Big. The rain is tapering off down here, so that should give the aquifers time to build up, instead of flushing all the water into the creeks.  I think you all will have your choice of just about anything this weekend, the hardest rains are supposed to be past us.

Thanks for the real time info Tony!  I am hoping things have or will soon crest, and levels will start to come down.
See you later tonight, I'll call when you should pour me a drink.

First things first.

Great weekend of boating, i think we had close to 12 people from the Seattle area turn out, not to mention the 3 cities boys and oregon locals.

Next item... Tobin is not allowed to be near a hot tub with others around,  he gets way to excited,  and his pink clothes came off faster than anyone cared to experience.
Looking forward to seeing all the Pics that were taken this weekend!

Saturday's out for me, Apple Cup weekend.  Might be able to swing a sky run on sunday, though, and if the MM run is early enough so I could make it home in time for a turkey dinner then I'm definately into that.

Glad you guys had a good time.  Sorry I couldn't make it Yotes.  We didn't finish on Saturday until pretty late.  It didn't help that the hydrolic lift on the truck we rented broke, which set us back a few hours.  Anyways, I ended up just staying in town on Saturday night and went to the Hood River on Sunday.  BTW, the silt from last year's floods has been pretty much washed away and the river is fun again.

Great weekend.  I don't know if they read this, but I certainly want to thank Mike and Brenda for hosting us.  Certainly much more than could ever be expected.  It is not often we get to sleep indoors when we are out kayaking.

Also, when the levels are right, I would like to head down to do Canyon and Copper Creeks...

yeah this drop was good to go... although no one ran it because just out of this picture is a class V drop with a piton rock in the middle channel blocking any hopes of passage. Think they called it Tombstone rock.

Because these two drops had to be portaged , it made the "upper EF lewis run kinda lame as these were the standout drops.

The two sections below this Upper run were good to go however.

Again, what kind of a prude wears a swimsuit in a hot tub? I would've worn something, 'xcept I didn't have boxers. Wait, in daylight hours i did wear longjohns. But Tobin, if you ever want to come down to pdx, we can hang out in my hot tub together and be comfortable with our sexuality.

Hey fish, when we drove up above where you guys put in we found some quality drops and a couple of fairly steep sections between that creek and the actual confluence with the green fork (there's a bridge that's now blocked with a whole bunch of large rocks on the road leading over it). One in particular was a very sticky looking ledge with a potential line on the far right. The view of the river right side was blocked by a rock just downstream of the ledge, so I'm not sure how the runout is from there. Strong class 4 move if there's a clean runout, potentially tougher if there's something to be avoided in there.

Can't believe that huge dent popped out,   did the other 2 dents come out as well?

That tombstone drop was nasty!
