I don't think you stink although that is just because I have only been
in the pool with you, and it is hard to smell anything other than
clorine in that building.
I don't think the time is all that bad either.
The run... well I would say there are a few others out there that I
might be keen on. Like the Boulder Run of the Sky. your son could put
in at the base of the drop. heck let him take a crack at it. He needs a
little whipping from mother nature at a young age ... it builds
caracter...
You best get those non PP people PPing
I just wanted to say that cause it sounded funny ... It is an
interesting thought..... At the end of the day I think just about
everyone PP's

Tobin,
You should let James and I lead him down... James can do the "relaxer" on
the way down to calm him and I can SWAK, making me the first ever swaker
down the drop. I think that Swaking might eclipes PPing in popularity once
in migrates to the river... I'll need to get a new helmet first though..

Make sure you get some photo's of your boy running Boulder for the first time.
Everyone's first attempt should be framed. I am sure he will do great
though. I was pretty impressed with his pool skills he is going to be a
playboater before you know it.

Looks like we have about 8 going, quite a floatilla!!
Might change the put in time to 10, more time to flounder on Boulder Drop
Plan is to meet at the Big Eddy take out at 10.
All are welcome to show up!

I might be interested in coming. What is the plan - Boulder drop run or big eddy.
I don't mind either, but after doing a season warm up on the powerhouse last week, I realized I don't want to have my head underwater until it warms up (rolls were quite intentional on the powerhouse). I'd rather, quite frankly, get my brain freeze from ice cream...

Leif, We are meeting at the big eddy take out at 10 sharp. We are gonna decide exactly where to put in tomorrow, either split rock or the bride.
I was hoping to run the upper section afterwards, we will see who is game?
Hope to see you tomorrow

Tobin, Zach and Co...
I'll be thinking of you all on the Sky... sorry I'm missing out. I second James'
suggestion of filming it. I'm sure he'll do great at the 2000ish flow.. its a
good one for the first time through. Sorry I'm missing it,

I will probably be there - will try for the 7:55 ferry, which should get me to the split rock area around 9:30; If I get the 8:45 ferry, I'll get there around 10:15.
Should be a fun run - I am always up for easy on a cold, rainy day. I may run the upper section afterwards, but I have some things to do in the city, and can't stay on the river all day.
Split rock is the meeting area, right?
