I've paddled it down to 285. Let's see how low she gets. Grafton's cutoff is around 12,000 I think.
"Don't ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive." ~Howard Thurman
There is no cut off, it is just a question of how creative can you be and what are you willing to endure...
My personal lowest on the green is 230cfs and it looks like this year I am going to get to beat that with a run in august more than likely under 150 or even 100. Take a kayak? no, take a Tube or maybe an IK.
As for the Sky I have scraped down it in the 500s with a kayak but Tubes are starting to become the craft of choice at that level and below.
at this level it's pretty fun for a newbie like me. Lots of little boofs and it lets me see what I'm dealing with under the water. Really clear and warm too. As soon as I can ditch outta here, I'm headin thataway
so what happens when it goes too low on the Sky. Which rapids won't go? It seems BD constricts at house rock, not sure how low it can be run? Anything else have to be walked from cable drop to split rock?
