It's for a liquid logic skip, older boad- I think a 2001... I have no idea, I'm just looking for a backband that will fit it... one that tightens via ratchet.

I have the IR and although it doesn't ratchet at the knees (there are two ratchets behind you on either side of you back) it works awesome. Had it my boat for 4 years now and it is still going strong.  Never bought anything from IR that wasn't good stuff.

Meryl has broken the backband on her Skip several times. She repairs it with webbing and learned to carry a little extra with her for riverside repairs. If yours has broken in the same way, it should be an easy repair.
