hey folks,
could you help me out with some info. going to do a road trip out there from colorado this july. what rivers or creeks might be running from beg to late july in washington, oregon, or very northern california? class IV to V-. mostly looking at very northern california, western oregon and the hood river/white salmon area, and western washington.
thanks

I'll let others speak to the PNW proper (WA/OR) but having moved from way southern oregon recently I'd say your best 4+ish bets for that time of year are (South to North):
Trinity (Burnt Ranch Gorge may be highish)
Cal Salmon (the section with Frieght Train may be lowish)
Klamath River (Hells Corner dam release weekends only)
Rogue River (NF Natural Bridge and Class V dam release) http://www.pacificorp.com/es/hydro/hl/wr/rr/wwbs.html
Deschutes (Meadow Camp, Lava, Dillon something will be just right)
