Topic: Lost Paddle on the Ohane Posted: 09 Jun 2013 at 4:01pm |
Lost an orange bladed Werner Player on the Ohane today and learned: never paddle class V without eating breakfast first.
Rewards, karmic and beyond, if found.
Thanks,
Ben

Where at? I'll keep an eye out, plan on being there as soon as the level is good.
How did you like the level otherwise? I'd love to see pictures/video. Must've been freakin high!
Glad to hear you're out and okay.

Yeah, it was right off the bat. I usually put in just before the National Park entrance. I flubbed the entrance move to the long boulder garden and got into a bad position with respect to some wood. My paddle got torn out of my hands and after a few hand roll attempts, I bailed. We never saw the paddle again, so it could be anywhere.
Otherwise, I love the Ohane at that level. Butcher's block is tricky, requiring a both a limbo and a boof at the same time. At this point, I always portage Elbow Room. Everything else is great.
Thanks for looking.
