I’ve got plans Saturday, but is anyone interested in a run
on Sunday near Seattle? We’ve got
lotsa water right now so there should be plenty of options. As a go-to river, the
middle-middle is all but a sure thing and the Green is at least as good a bet
as sovereign debt. However, I
would certainly be interested in running something new (at least for me). The Sky is probably bigger than I want
for my first time down, but some of its feeders might be at good levels
(Sultan/Beckler). I am also
willing to head north a bit for the IIIish sections of the Sauk, Suiattle or
Stillaguamish. All these are
rivers that I haven’t run before so some beta would be great or better yet
someone who knows the runs and wants to do a lap or two. I am also not above
paddling a class II with a play spot or some bald eagles or something as long
as it’s something I haven’t seen before.
Or, the Snoqualmie is really close and convenient…
Thoughts?

How about the SF Snoqualamie below twin falls bridge. At these flows, it's a playful Class II+ / III- run. we can even do two laps.
You cant run the Suiattle, the shuttle road is washed out. The Beckler is boring and after we paddle once together elsewhere, we can go on the SF Stilly (middle section). It's more than Class III+ at these flows...

Hey Kiran.
SF Snoqualmie sounds good to me if you're interested in running it again tomorrow. If you're heading to the lower then I'll probably try to catch the MM instead as long as it stays up a good bit. Let me know if
you're in for a lap at noon.

I would be down for a lap or two on the middle middle, or maybe the green if it miraculously hits 1600 or so. I'll check back in this thread tomorrow morning and see if there are any takers.

Nick: I would LOVE to paddle the lower tomorrow and can be flexible on when you want to meet. Personally, I would like to meet at FG by 10AM, put-on by 11AM, take out by 1PM, finish shuttle and be back home by 2:30PM.
Up for it ?

Hey guys. I'm watching this thread and I thought maybe you would be interested in taking a look at the thread I started in which I'm trying to coordinate something for tomorrow as well.
Some guys can run the upper and then meet a crew at Paradise to run the lower. It might be kinda hard to coordinate, but maybe we can work something out.

I'll be at the takeout for the middle middle at 11 if anyone's still interested.

Sorry I didn't make it out. Went skiing instead. Wasn't bad skiing and nice to get skiing and boating in one weekend.
Thanks again for the two laps on Saturday!
