I'm thinking about a playboat only run down Robe this Sunday. I think my cut off is 5.4. If your interested let me know. I know some people have been training for this event (Rob). I think I have 5 so far. Hit me up with a PM or post or smoke signals.

Now if you think you're going to show up with a creekboat and watch the shenanigans from the sidelines, be warned that you will be shunned - socially and mentally rejected.

If this doesn't work out, I'd like to but together a polo team to beat Knight's squad. Nick, Scott and any who plays basketball. Let me know if you want in. Maybe we can play a game during the Robe lap. Spice it up a bit.

Does anyone have a full face helmet I can borrow? : ) -Brad

What if I show up without a creekboat? Just some PBR, a camera, and a desire to watch carnage.
Will I still be shunned?

Whats your procedure for mental rejection of the non playboaters?  I've been wanting to mentally reject some people but I'm not sure how to get started.  Social rejection I'm good at.

He can't have any of my PBR's. I'm mentally rejecting him.

What's w/ the Xclusivity? This reads like a jP post!
Dude, I've already been shunned and socially/mentaly rejected.

I plan to be out there if it's above 5.2'. Maybe with some others, maybe solo.
Don't worry. I won't be in a creekboat.

I am going to issue a counter warning though:
If you put on after me there will probably be no "traffic related issues". But if you put on before me it wouldn't hurt to cast a glance upstream from time to time, because El Diablo isn't gonna break its stride for no toyboats. Better bring that full face helmet.

Suck it to the side I know ya hate my 98- you're gonna get yours!

Dude, you know I'm totally joking- just having fun with more inappropriate humor on the internet.

I've only seen Rob out there in a playboat, as far as I can remember, if I see you guys I'll probably just wave and continue on my way.

I do got a score to settle w/ that Rob guy, though- my elbow/forearm hurt for Three Weeks after he stalled out in the top hole in Miracle Fabric and I collided w/ him.

Again, I'm not serious there. It did hurt for a few weeks though. But I admit it takes two to tango and my spidey sense warned me I should've eddied out above the drop. He looked like he was going to boof right, then started swerving and weaving like Mel Gibson after a night of binge drinking (or should I say like some late night pallet snatchers at a whitewater festival- or even better: like a mini cooper on a windy road, heh heh) Each time he slowed down I tried to back off and slow down. Each foot I put between us he closed up until finally I was right at the lip. Right up on him. He crested the backed up hole and slid back down into it just as I was boofing in and knocked me pretty hard w/ his bow. My paddle flew out of one hand and I psuedo-flipped and flailed upright.

Dude-paddling out that day hurt!

Be careful in there, at least somewhat.

Right on, its looking low, I don't think I'm gonna head out that way. Throw a Donkey Flip at Last Sunshine or something, but watch out for that hole at the bottom of Off Broadway! If I had to guess I would say that would be the main carnage magnet

A great day was had by everyone except the organizer. Brad bashed himself on some rocks in California. I hope those ribs and shoulder feel better soon.
There were some ugly lines at the left side of T1, some rolls in Faceplant and some near trashings in Catcher's Mitt. The right side of Off Broadway delivered some hits but nobody went into the pocket. Rob's line on Landslide was as clean as I've ever seen.
Overall we pulled it off and I'm looking forward to another low water day on Robe in my playboat.
Thanks John for putting on with us and setting safety, as well as all the video you got with my camera. Someday I'll get around to editing something for everyone's enjoyment.

friggin honey badgers... they don't give a sh*t!   See that bee hive.  Honey badger don't care if he gets stung a thousand times.  He gets his meal even when it means pain.  What a menace to society ...
looking forward to seeing that some of that vid in the next carnage real!

With 42 million views, I am late to the party, but holy sh*t, mike, that video is hilarious. I had no idea that is where the honey badger came from. lol!

That's Eric Boomer's Spirit Animal though (according to lore)- yall gotta find yer own.

Still, props to the Rock'em Sock'em Robe Bots!
I didn't really want to be there while it was going down. My Woofer is expired.

BTW- don't be adding no "H" to Dufay's name- three letter Jon's don't take kindly to that sh*t. Ain't that right, Septimus?

Way to go out there boys.
