Since there's a little less posting than usual going on right now I thought I'd share these boofing videos that I think are good and that I just put up on my blog:
 
 
I realize most of the people on here already have boofing nailed down, but probably a few are like me and still figuring it out (plugging holes is another way to say that. :)
 
Also, I'm not trying to drive people to my blog, you can watch all of the Shane Benedict videos on the whitewaterinstruction channel here:
 
 
If any of you have found good 'how to boof' videos I'd love it if you would post them on here, both for me and the other boofers-to-be to watch and also to eventually add to the blog.

Sweet, thanks.  I was looking around at the related videos (OK, I am actually working today, just taking a break here :) and found this one of Marc Scriver doing open canoe boofing, what an awesome boater - the drop at .56 is ridiculous, he stays totally in control.
