This is the Sky - Trip for the new people discussion thread. Please post any questions below.

Remember the actual Trip Details are located on the Sky - Trip for the new people | Trip Page

Hi,

With all of the talk of new people wanting to get out and get together and paddle I thought I'd put out a trip to the Sky.  This is from Cable drop down to Split Rock.  At this level it is easy class II / III with the exception of Boulder drop (IV) which can easily be portaged.  I have to do this trip later in the day because my kids have a football game and cheerleading.  If anyone with experiance would like to come out with us I would really appreciate the extra safety.  I hope to get a big group!!  Also, if anyone is interested in stopping over for a cookout at our house afterwards and getting to know each other better we're in Monroe and will fire up the grill.

I enjoyed paddling with everyone yesterday.  I was really suprised at all of the people that showed up.  Let me know if you all want to get out again.  Looks like I'll be paddle the Sky alot now that everything else is low so give me a shout.  Take care!
