Video of us running the Big Q. Also threw in the Duckabush gorge below the falls and a little footage of the SF Sko. We ran the falls on the Duckabush but forgot to hit the damn helmet cam button when we ran, which was also the case on Casserlys on the big Q. Was not my day with the gopro as also bought an 8gb memory chip for the big Q and it read full after 1 gig of memory, thus only gettting the first 1/3 of the upper run. We got high def footage of the run but the video was to big to put on vimeo so had to upload a lower quality. Enjoy!

Scenery on the big Q was unbelievable, highly recommend getting in there before the wood shifts around!

Nice work guys! I hiked in to the upper gorge and Duckabush falls on Tuesday and that thing was pretty burley looking. I love the scream at ~8:40.

Question for McCain

How late does the Duckabush run with good flows? Is that something you snuck in early on, or does it run on snow and then drop out by mid summer? We are coming out to do the Elwha and NF Quinault, etc., and have noticed an upper gorge around Big Hill that looks like it could be good. Just wondering what the locals think about there being good water in there in late August.

Any help appreciated. Big Quilcene looks awesome. The whole peninsula looks so cool. Can't wait to get out there.
