Hey,

I'm looking at the upper and lower green gorges. The upper shows just the dam output. The lower shows a rain spike. How will this affect flows on the upper gorge say, tomorrow?

By the way, I'm wanting to run the green tomorrow, Monday may 16. Anyone heading that way?

I see now the USGS gauge has been down for five days now so I was just seeing the output from then. I'll look for another source of info for the dam output.

Jim,

Here's the link for Howard Hanson Dam, run by the Army Corps of Engineers:  http://www.nwd-wc.usace.army.mil/nws/hh/basins/data.html?grn+hah

The graph and table show inflow, outflow, and the elevation of the reservoir.  Short of calling the dam operators, this is the best info you can use to figure out what's happening (or what will happen) regarding flows.

Thanks John....that's what I needed. Maybe this link should be added to the green description. Maybe it's in there and I didn't see it. Anyway, that's the horse's mouth right there.

A more accurate gauge for the gorge is the Green at the purification plant at Palmer.  This is downstream of where water is diverted for Tacoma.
