We are going over for the day on Saturday, but I think Lief is going over for the whole weekend and looking for partners...

I'm debating camping Saturday to Sunday. If so, I'll talk Dave into it.

Are you all going to run the Wenatchee or Icicle?

Icicle is running higher than the flows would indicate. I'd say it's comparable to WenPesh @ 10K. Also, there is a huge (as in not coming out for weeks) landslide over Icicle Creek road at 8-mile campground. No access above there for a while. The lower looks good to go, so does the middle.

Yo Hans, there is always a bed or couch for you in Wenatchee...

Beofr eyou head over check the road conditions.  There was a rock/mudslide over the road in Tumwater Canyon so you might have to drive over Snoqualmie Pass to get there.

Thanks Tom.

As of now, Stevens pass is closed for both directions due to severe weather conditions and high avalanche danger. It looks like local kayakers are going to have to find another route at this time.

This is Blair Williams will PP Traffic updates, reporting.

In other news, I-405 is closed for 4 days starting tonight. Sounds like it will be I-90 for the weekend.

We are going to Wenanchee for Saturday, then run the Upper Green on Sunday. Hopefully the Green will stay up around 3-4k for Sunday.

Better get on the Green while its in, because it wont be in very much from now until fall.

Where is 405 closed?  Does that mean I can't get over to the Green either?

405 is only closed from around 520 to the 8th street exit. Basically the downtown bellevue portion. I would recommend not going through there either because the detour is going to be crazy!

Gonna be doin at least 2 runs. Leavin Renton around 9am. Give a call Courtney. In my car will be Jessie and Dave. Possibly Brian. There will be other over there. No plans to meet yet for a time. We'll call on our way to the others. We're just lazy kayakers with no solid plans. SYOTR if we don't meet ahead. :)

hello,
I just moved to Leavenworth from Colorado about a month ago. Haven't been in the boat since last season, probably September. I've been paddling for 2 seasons in CO and am pretty confident with class III.
Anyway I'm looking to find out what is around and find some people to paddle with. Would like to get on the Wenatchee play run to get back into it. I'm headed over to do some rafting on the sky tomorrow (sat), but if anyone is around on sunday I'd love to meet up.

Dan
